This week our agency conducted active threat training. All sworn officers participated in four different scenarios focused on active threat response and incident management.

The training was designed to test officers' ability to respond decisively and effectively to rapidly evolving threat situations. Each scenario presented unique challenges, requiring officers to adapt their tactics and coordinate with one another under realistic pressure.
