Getting Started

Check Parking Zone
Determine which village you're in and check posted signs for specific rules and time limits.

Understand Seasonal Rules
Summer (May 15 - Oct 30) has time limits and paid parking. Winter (Oct 31 - May 14) has overnight ban.

Payment Method
Northeast Harbor offers paid overnight parking at $10/night. Pay via ParkMobile app using Zone 7290.

Follow Winter Ban
No parking on ANY Town roads between midnight and 6:00 AM during winter for snow removal.

Quick Facts
- Permits are FREE for eligible residents and boat owners.
- All permit applications are done online via the IPS Group portal.
- Parking citations are processed by the Bar Harbor Parking Division.

- Touch any key to wake the meter.
- Enter your license plate number.
- Select parking duration.
- Pay with coin or credit card.
- No need to display receipt on dashboard.
